All our products carry the manufacturers warranty.
Pricing / Payment Method
- We aim to provide our customers with competitive prices on the products we offer. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. This may actually result in you getting a lower price!
- Please note that the prices listed on this website are based on a 3% cash discounted price. Visa, M/C, and American Express (are on regular prices).
- We will contact you by phone (during regular business hours) within 24 hours of the transaction to confirm your order.
- No order can be cancelled once it is processed.
Taxes and Shipping Charges
Provincial sales tax & GST apply to all orders. Shipping charges are extra.
Warranty Policy
Generally the manufacturer¡¦s limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, physical damage etc. In no way does Liata Computer Co., Ltd. warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.
To receive warranty service on any product, the product must be brought in with the original invoice and tested by our technicians. If the product is deemed defective, you must fill out a RMA form for the product which will be sent to the supplier for the service. A copy of the RMA form will be given to you; please do not lose this form it is your responsibility to keep it in a secure location. Liata Computer Co. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to release any items left in our possession with out the proper RMA form.
Depending on the manufacturer¡¦s warranty policy, the product may be repaired or replaced. This may take 4~6 weeks depending on the supplier of the product.
Returns
Liata Computer Co. Ltd. will accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Returned products must have original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
All returns must be shipped in a secure and well-packaged container. Liata Computer Co., Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage, incurred during the shipping of the products. Please ship with the appropriate insurance, packaging and documentation, to ensure a safe delivery of the products back to us.
*Refunds are based on our current market-selling price for the product at the time of our receipt of the returned items. If the price has changed from the original purchase price at time of payment, the refund will be the lesser of the two prices. Unfortunately we do not offer any price protection/adjustment for any of the items we sell.
We will not accept any returns on products if any of the following apply:
Missing items, written or altered printed materials (included with product), physical damage, or shipping damage.
RMA
The customer must pay for shipping to return any suspected defective products to us. Once we have tested and confirmed the product is defective, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement product back to the customer, if purchased within the first thirty days. If the product is not defective, the customer is liable for the shipping charges.
The customer may choose to deal with the manufacturer of the product directly, if the product is a retail boxed version for faster service.
